 Conference rooms are subject to the size of the meeting and availability at the time of booking. The usual conditions will apply to all rates; these being that the booker must be the first named owner of the unit & not an exchange or private re-sale owner. The booker must also attend the meeting on the day. We are to be provided with the Unit and Week number of the booker when a reservation is made. All bookings are subject to Barnsdale Terms and Conditions of booking, cancellation & payment.
